Regular Visits
On your regular office visits you will greeted and made welcome by the friendly office staff, handed your file and directed to the reception area. The chiropractor will then lead you to an adjusting area where you will receive care.
Once your adjustment is complete and any questions you have that day answered, you return to the front desk before going for a short walk.
The chiropractic adjustment starts when you get off the table. Your body needs to integrate the information input from the adjustment and make the necessary healing changes, so a short 10 minute walk facilitates this integration. So please allow about 30 minutes for your chiropractic experience.
